"We want to foster a culture where well-being is seen as a core to every child’s development, enabling sustained support and space for every child to thrive."

Divya Nanthakumaran decided to help non-profits develop programmes on a consultancy basis during university, having observed a lack of affordable skills-based programmes for children. Now, through Forte360, she is focused on improving the well-being and increasing the self-worth of children in Singapore.

Forte360 supports the well-being of children from under-resourced communities by addressing gaps in affordable, skills-based programmes. It delivers a positive education-based well-being curriculum through schools and student care centres to help children thrive and build resilience.

Forte360 builds an ecosystem of affirmation and acceptance that strengthens children’s resilience and well-being. It prioritises "journeying" with children - listening, learning and co-creating alongside them - so that support is age-appropriate and responsive to each child’s needs.

They take an evidence-informed, whole-school approach that begins with educators. It coaches teachers to build capability and secure authentic buy-in, then translates wellbeing practices into developmentally appropriate student experiences - aligning adult modelling, classroom culture and student learning.
