Southeast Asia stands as one of the world's most dynamic regions. Its young and growing population presents a powerful opportunity to drive sustainable and inclusive growth and progress. While the region has made remarkable development strides in recent decades, access to quality healthcare, education, and livelihood opportunities remains uneven. This disparity prevents underserved individuals from reaching their full potential.

Climate change is reshaping our world
It is not just an environmental crisis, but also a generational challenge with lasting impacts on human development. Our collective future depends on our actions today.
Southeast Asia is among the world’s most vulnerable regions to the impacts of climate change. The region is facing rapid growth in greenhouse gas emissions, and more than half its population is threatened by sea-level rise. Despite this, Southeast Asia holds some of the world’s most critical natural ecosystems, including peatlands and mangroves that sequester carbon at rates two to five times higher than other ecosystems. These natural landscapes also provide vital ecosystem services, support livelihoods for millions, and enhance climate resilience.
To harness this potential and build community resilience, we focus on impactful climate solutions in two critical areas:
Nature-based Solutions
Protect and sustainably manage natural ecosystems to reduce
emissions and sustain the carbon-rich landscapes that communities and biodiversity depend on.
Sustainable Agriculture & Livelihoods
Support farm-gate agricultural transitions that reduce emissions, strengthen climate resilience, and improve smallholder livelihoods.
In line with our commitment to drive impactful climate solutions, we are an observer organisation to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and part of the Philanthropy Asia Alliance’s Blue Oceans Community.
